A. In many ways, when you are a partner you will be able to offer Energy management solutions to your existing and new customers. These include sourcing and procurement of all your customers needs to include Gas, Electric and Water and Energy reduction.

We fully understand this and have formulated the Partners proposition accordingly. Your teams are equipped to offer all of our services. Once your customers have agreed a new Energy contract, the Guild Energy operations team will take it from there and ensure all operations, supplier requirements and back office procedures are completed.

Yes absolutely! As a Guild Energy Partner we will share all of our very latest systems, technology and industry know how. We have developed the best bespoke systems that will allow you to compare your customer’s current Energy costs; and offer a panel of an alternative 25 suppliers including all of the Big Six (British Gas, EDF Energy E.on, nPower, Scottish Power and SSE).

We have a dedicated team of trainers with over 25 year’s industry experience. Our training team will work with your nominated employees to ensure that they are up-skilled during a 3-5 day Induction Course at one of our office locations. Once fully trained a Guild Energy Mentor will be assigned for additional support, coaching and ongoing development.

No cost! We will offer the same training and support as our newly inducted staff members. We have fully trained and supported over 60 staff in 2016/17.

Once you have agreed an alternative supplier for your existing and prospective customers the pricing will detail the Suppliers Payment(s) that are due upon the start date of the new contract. This is called the Live Date.  As the partner you determine your pricing. The same as your current products and services.

As a partner you will have access to your own Partner Portal with 100% visibility of your contracts.

Offering Energy Service alongside your current products and services is a great way of creating another revenue stream from your current sales team. As a Guild Energy Partner we do not charge our Partners any Fees or Charges.
