With offices based in Liverpool and Blackpool we are a fast growing Energy Services Consultancy who provide expertise to the SME market.
B2B self-prospecting & door to door cold calling by creating interest in the current service offering
Building rapport with new and existing clients
Obtaining information in order to provide a quotation
Produce a quote and most importantly follow up to close the sale yourself, including identifying and overcoming objections
Ensure the contract is signed and all relevant paperwork completed
Manage your workload via the CRM database and update frequently to allow accurate reporting for management
Manage your own client base including renewals
Contribute to the team’s performance by sharing and implementing best practice ideas
This role will require occasional attendance at the Liverpool office for meetings & training
The Person
Must have own transport
B2B field sales experience required, preferably within the Energy Sector
Be self-motivated in a position where you are working alone

Operational Support Advisor
We are looking for an Operational Support Administrator to support the B2B sales team by ensuring contracts go live, providing the focal point for supplier and customer liaison as well as assisting in the completion of compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
To identify, query and resolve contract & billing issues in a timely and effective manner
Working closely with Sales Consultants on Objections, Rejections and credit control
To ensure that contracts and accurate data is added to the CRM and Energy Supplier portals
To act as the focal point for the handling of client concerns, complaints, actions and internal improvement opportunities
To undertake call monitoring, quality audits and compliance verifications
Providing accurate reports, as required, to the Sales Team Manager and Directors

Experience:
Priority will be given to those with experience of a similar role within the energy industry
Those with administration support experience within a similar sector such as insurance or financial services will be considered.
